Listen to the episode

Hey folks,

I’m Jo Mendacium, part of the Steering Committee at For The Record

Unfortunately we won’t be able to release an episode today. Instead I’d like to take a moment to say thank you, dear listener.

We are a non-profit fan project and to see that people are listening to our episodes and are even sharing them with their friends is - amazing.

For The Record started as a spontaneous idea. Three people, fans of The Magnus Archives and - apparently - some spare time left to find out how podcasting works. Thankfully we weren’t alone and gathered others who were eager to join within the first few minutes.

Now after what roughly has been half a year I’m still stunned by the fact how much we’ve grown and how much we’ve learned.

We’re not a handful of fans anymore but a server full of creative minds, marvellous voice actors and keen editors.

The ambition of For The Record was and always will be: connecting people and providing a safe space for creativity.

So a massive thanks to all of you. Whether you’re a listener or part of this project - nothing of this could’ve been achieved without you.

And with these heartfelt words I’m going to say goodbye. We’ll be back on our usual schedule next month.

Thanks for bearing with us.

Take care and look after yourselves.
